Resolution 1: To accept the Directors’ Report and Annual Accounts.
5. Election and Re-Election of Directors (Trustees).
Resolution 2: To re-elect the following Director (Trustee) who will retire at this meeting by rotation: Marek Wakar.
6. Discussion of Any Other Resolutions Proposed by Members.
7. Close of Meeting.
