2. Minutes of Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 7th October, 2022,
at Bridport Town Hall.
To accept the 2022 AGM Minutes as a correct record of the Meeting (sent by email; also available on the BADT website: https://www.bridportadt.org.uk/minutes-of-badt-agm-october-7th-2022/).

4. Presentation of the 2022/23 Annual Report and Accounts.
To be sent by email in advance of the meeting.
Resolution 1: To accept the Directors’ Report and Annual Accounts.
5. Election and re-election of Directors (Trustees).
Resolution 2:
A. To elect Phyllida Culpin as Chair of the Trust.
B. To elect the following Directors (Trustees) who joined the Board since the 2022 AGM:
(i) Ian Bark; (ii) Michael Collard.
C. To re-elect the following Director (Trustee) who will retire at this meeting by rotation: David Lee.
6. Discussion of any other resolutions proposed by members.
7. Close of meeting.
